Planning and Zoning Department

The mission of the Planning and Zoning Department is to give prompt and courteous assistance to the citizens of Lawrenceville, as well as future citizens, in the development of their property. The Department assists with code enforcement issues, special permitting issues, and ensures a safe and attractive community for all.

Requests for rezoning, variances, special use permits, and temporary use permits are handled from this department as well as other permits such as business licenses, beer and wine licenses, alcohol serving permits, etc.
